Amy Rowan is the Suburban Sexologist, a certified clinical sexologist, certified sex coach, and certified sex educator, and the founder of Suburban Intimacy. She helps individuals and long-term couples reclaim orgasmic, connected sex lives—especially during seasons of stress, transition, or major body change.

A mom of three boys (including two teenagers), blissfully married for over 20 years, and a breast cancer survivor, Amy brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She understands how parenting, health challenges, busy schedules, and emotional load can quietly erode desire—and how powerful it is to intentionally reignite intimacy.

In addition to her work with couples, Amy also supports men in developing confident, authentic flirting and dating skills—helping them approach women with clarity, warmth, and respect rather than anxiety or performative tactics.

Through private coaching, workshops, courses, and thoughtfully curated tools, Amy guides people to turn stress into pleasure, deepen emotional and erotic connection, and build rock-solid relationships that don’t just survive life’s chaos—but thrive within it.
